You must register a free account to be able sell or buy on the Abaje.com.

Services that are offered by sellers on Abaje.com are called "Gigs".

Gigs on Abaje.com are offered for a fixed price from $1 to $100 (United States Dollars)

Users may not offer or accept payments using any method other than placing an order through Abaje.com. Gigs should be ordered using the 'Order Now' button.

Buyers are granted all rights for the delivered work, unless otherwise specified by the seller in the gig description.
Sellers
Basics
-
Each gig you sell and successfully deliver credits your account with a net revenue of 92% of the gig amount.

Buyers pay Abaje.com for orders in advance.

Abaje.com accredits sellers once an order is complete.

Sellers may withdraw their revenues to a PayPal account of their choice, according to the terms specified below.

If an order is cancelled (for any reason), the seller's revenues are returned to the buyer.

Seller and Job ratings are based on buyers' feedback as well as negative ratings that are a results of order cancellations and late delivery.
Handling orders

When a buyer orders a gig, the seller gets notified by Email.

Sellers are required to meet the delivery duration they specified when creating their gigs. Failing to do so will permit the buyer to cancel the order and will reduce the seller's rating.

Both buyers and sellers have the option to cancel an order by mutual agreement. Doing so has no negative effect on either party.

A Seller may cancel an order at any given moment. However, canceling an order has a negative effect on the seller's rating.
Staying out of trouble

All communications, information and files exchange should be performed exclusively using Abaje.com's messaging system.

Posting or sending adult, illegal, rude, abusive, improper, copyright protected, promotional, spam, violent, nonsense or any uncool stuff is strictly prohibited. Doing so will get your account blocked permanently.
Work delivery & communications

You are responsible to scan all transferred files for viruses and malware. Abaje.com will not be responsible for any damages which might occur due to site usage, use of content or files transferred.

Sellers must deliver completed files and/or proof of work using the 'Deliver Completed Work' option (located in the order page).

Once work is delivered, the buyer has three days to respond. After that time, the order will be marked as complete.
Withdrawing Revenues

Withdrawing revenues requires having a valid PayPal account. Please make sure that your PayPal account can receive incoming payments.

Revenues are only made available for withdrawal after a safety clearance period of 14 days.

PayPal's transfer fees amount to 2% of the total withdrawal sum, and up to a maximum of $1. Withdrawing $50 or more in one go will save you a little cash.

Withdrawals are final and cannot be undone. Abaje.com will not be able to refund or change this process once it has begun.
Buyers
Ordering gigs

Gigs may be purchased using a Credit Card or PayPal.

Once payment is confirmed, your order will be created.

If you have a positive balance that sufficiently covers the job amount, it will be used automatically when ordering new Jobs.

As a buyer, your identity is kept anonymous at all times. To protect your privacy, avoid requesting or providing email addresses, Skype/ICQ/IM usernames or any other personal contact information.

You may not offer or pay using any method of payment other than Abaje.com.

You may not pay other users directly using their PayPal account. In case you have been asked to use an alternative payment method, please report it immediately.

Avoid filing a dispute or reversing a payment through PayPal or your bank. Doing so may get your account blocked.

In case of a problem, always try and work things out with your seller. If you need further assistance, contact our customer support.

Order cancellations (when eligible) can be done by customer support only up to a period of 10 days from order completion date. We will not be able to cancel orders after that time.
General terms

Violation of Abaje.com's Terms of Service may get your account permanently blocked.

Sellers will be able to withdraw their revenues from blocked accounts after a safety period of 30 to 90 days, depending on block reason, from day of last cleared payment received in their account and subject to Abaje.com's approval.

Disputes should be handled using Abaje.com's dispute resolution tools ('Got Problems?' in the order page) or by contacting Abaje.com customer support.

Abaje.com reserves the right to put any account on hold or permanently cancel accounts due to misbehavior. Users with accounts on hold will not be able to sell or buy on Abaje.com.

Abaje.com may make changes to its Terms of Service from time to time. When these changes are made, Abaje.com will make a new copy of the Terms of Service available at http://www.abaje.com/terms_of_service.

You understand and agree that if you use Abaje.com after the date on which the Terms of Service have changed, Abaje.com will treat your use as acceptance of the updated Terms of Service.
Disputes

We encourage our buyers and sellers to try and settle conflicts amongst themselves. If for any reason this fails, users can contact Abaje.com's customer support department for assistance.

Abaje.com will not refund payments made for cancelled orders back to PayPal. Funds from order refunds are returned to the buyer's balance and are available for future purchases on Abaje.com.
